The December / January issue of the global, executive-oriented CemWeek Magazine takes a look back at 2011 to inform about the year ahead. Not only do we review some of the most important events permeating the global cement sector during 2011, but the editorial team shares its views on some of the most impactful leaders in the industry during the passed year in the "Person of the Year" feature.

The CW Group Research also shares its latest view on notable topics such as energy prices in the GCC-countries, Boral's expansion plans, South African anti-trust proceedings, and cement bulk shipping. The Magazine also takes a horizontal look at the leading CW Group cement sector surveys from the past year and talks to the MD at Italian lime manufacturing equipment manufacturer, Cimprogetti.

The October / November issue of the global, executive-oriented CemWeek Magazine takes a worldwide look at key issues facing global and local cement markets. In the central spotlight is a closer assessment of the Italian cement sector, drawing upon recent CW Group research, but also turning to Italian brokerage house Equitasim for their thoughts on the market dominated by Italcementi and Buzzi.

But the issue looks much beyond just Italy to important issues such as regulatory developments in the US and UK, Saudi fuel issues facing the cement industry there, as well as a closer look at Turkey through the eyes of KHD and India through the eyes of Polysius. On the quantitative side, Latin American cement prices are highlighted to better understand how cement trading is evolving in this burgeoning market.

This issue of the CemWeek Magazine looks at "European Centenarians," the 100-year histories of four cement plants. CemWeek also speaks to the Arabian Cement Co's CEO Jose Magrina on blending a Spanish company with an Egyptian cement enterprise.

The CW Group also highlights recent market research on the Caribbean cement market as well as ex-Soviet countries' cement production capacity. Additionally, CemWeek looks at 1H2011 performance for the big cement companies and regions around the world.

The third issue of the global, executive-oriented CemWeek Magazine takes a closer look at the White Cement market. We look at highlights from recent research by the CW Group on White Cement and talk to Mr. Paolo Bossi at Sinai White Cement in Egypt. The issue also features thought-pieces on sourcing by the CW Group and on Management Communication from our friends at the Harvard Business School.

The second issue of the management-focused CemWeek Magazine takes a look at growth markets around the world, with highlights of the cement sectors in Brazil, Russia, West Africa, Congo and Mongolia among others. The issue also features interviews with the Chairman of HeidelbergCement Romania, Mr. Mihai Rohan, and the CEO of KHD Wedag, Mr. Jouni Salo.

Inaugural issue of the CemWeek Magazine. The issue includes an interview with Mr. Don Ingerson of Titan America, feature on competitive benchmarking, algae as an alternative fuel and an overview of the cement market in Iraq.
