The agent will need to show demonstrable experience in servicing as an agent the cement sector and preferably also the oil and terminal sectors. Blancon is looking for a partner that has experience and track-record in representing companies successfully in their local market. Services to be represented include silo structural and concrete repair, silo cleaning, and related services as well as possibly crude oil tank maintenance, cleaning and other oil field services.
