Cemex on Thursday posted its first quarterly loss in at least a decade according to Reuters. Sales decreased 23% to $4,5 billion, remaining flat for the full year at $21,7 billion, and Cemex saw a net loss of $707 million for the quarter. Middle-East, Africa and Asia showed resilience.
