Blancon, a Spain-based industrial services company, is seeking qualified, independent sales representatives in Angola, Nigeria, Brazil and the Middle East.

The representative will be responsible for representing all Blancon's sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory as well as helping to further improve Blancon's client service in the various markets. The areas to be covered include the Cement sector as well as Oil & Gas sectors within the markets.

 

The sales representative will work closely with Blancon in pursuing opportunities, but will otherwise operate as an independent agent on a commission-basis. Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for building a book of sales tailored exclusively to the Cement and Oil & Gas industries.
  • Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
  • Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and the solutions to their problems.
  • Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
  • Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
  • Participates and supports project logistics and local delivery as needed.

Applicant must have demonstrated history of meeting sales quotas and working in the Oil & Gas as well as the Cement sectors and be able to clearly show access to key decision makers / buyers at relevant companies within the local market.
